Tasks
We are currently seeking an HR Service Representative (HRIS Support) who will be responsible for SAP HR Organization Management (OM) and Compliance Reporting. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who is analytical and enjoys working with HR data to join our corporate service center that supports facilities in the U.S. and Canada. In this customer service focused role you will support associates, managers and HR Partners with day-to-day transactional, analytical and general HR support needs. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review, test and implement SAP HR support packs, system enhancements and upgrades in partnership with technical and functional teams.
Provide end user support including researching and resolving HR master data and Organization Management issues.
Process user support issues and ticket resolution in various systems.
Participate in various projects and project teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
1-5 years of demonstrated HR experience; and a minimum of 1-2 years experience in HRIS support activities in areas such as: processing changes for organizational management, master data processing, report processing and logic associated with generating ad-hoc or consolidated reporting through SAP or other tools
Strong customer orientation and relationship building/teamwork skills to work effectively with members of HR, IT, and internal customers
Ability to be process driven with a continuous improvement focus in a fast paced environment
Good analytical and judgment skills to identify and resolve problems
Proven ability to assess priorities and manage a variety of complex activities simultaneously with excellent time management
SAP HR knowledge in one of the two following modules: Organizational Management (OM) and/or Personal Administration (PA) highly desired
Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
