Tasks
Provide expert level of business guidance on SAP requirements and design, specifically in the area of Sales & Distribution (Order Management, Pricing, Invoicing, related Master Data and Sales Reporting). Must have proven experience as it relates to Pricing, Customer Service Level reporting and root-cause analysis, Material & Account determination. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure business requirements are gathered and mapped in the ERP system (SAP)
Proactively support the business processes with issue identification and resolution, and process optimization
Analyze the evolving SAP capabilities to meet the business requirements and work with key users to implement the process in the organization
Coordinate training activities according to the training concept and plan
Organize testing activities, data clean-up/migration activities with IT process consultant to support key users and team members
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in IT/Business or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in business process consultancy; worked in one or more SAP implementation projects
Experience in SAP- SD (Sales & Distribution) module with familiarity of other SAP modules inclusive of BI (Business Intelligence)
Good knowledge of business process practices/requirements
Strong business process consultancy skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization (key users, managers and clients)
Travel is 10% in North America
Experience in introduction of SAP in Automotive Aftermarket is desirable
