Tasks
Provide expert level of business process guidance on SAP requirements and design, specifically in the area of SCM (Supply Chain Management). The role requires cross module process knowledge related to APO, SNP, PPDS modules to fulfill various elements of planning, supply chain network and production planning activities for execution of all related business processes. Will be responsible for managing various aspects of supply and demand planning requirements according to business processes required and providing consultancy in the respective modules to align with functionality within SAP.
Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Ensure processes are aligned with other modules and ensure the implementation of technical solution as per concept.
Support organization change management process by providing harmonized local process definitions for business to operate, specifically in the area of supply chain management using supply and demand planning processes in SAP environment.
Implementation of forecasting (DP) and serve as an internal consultant regarding DP such as Planning books, Planning Areas, macors and creating Statistical Forecast.
CIF Integration Models for Master and Transaction Data transfer between R/3 and APO.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in IT/Business or related field
Minimum 3 years experience supporting SAP environment is required; Advance Planning Optimizer (APO) experience is required; SNP (Supply Network Planning) experience is required; PP/DS (Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling) experience is required. Familiarity with procurement processes and related master data (MM) experience is desired.
Familiarity with procurement process and related Master Data is desired
Good knowledge of business process practices/requirements
Strong business process consultancy skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization
