Tasks:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Instructor to join our Training and Development team. The primary focus in this role will be to develop and conduct training programs to our Automotive Aftermarkets that include: Bosch Service Center, Diesel Service Dealer, Bosch Auto Parts Specialist, Diesel Central Distributor, Certified Pump Shop and original equipment customer personnel on automotive or diesel product lines including theory, diagnosis and service. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide technical information and problem resolution to customers and other departments.
Provide technical hotline coverage and support for internal and external customers.
Extensive travel, at least 50%, during peak travel months which may include some weekends
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelors Degree in a training/education related field preferred or equivalent work experience in the Automotive and/or diesel vocational training will be considered
A minimum of 4 years experience in the automotive industry with hands-on diesel vehicle repair, tools and test equipment
At least 4 years experience in technical training and curriculum development ideally within automotive and diesel highly desired
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong customer service acumen
SAP or similar ERP system experience is required
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Access
Relocation will not be required for this role. Open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States
